The Breaks will consist of Random Teams (RT) or Pick Your Team (PYT). If there is a different break format being used, it will be disclosed in the product description
RANDOM TEAMS*
Each item purchased will be for one (1) randomized team / break spot. Each break spot will be randomized live on stream using RANDOM.ORG before the break begins. You will receive all cards from your randomized team(s).
PICK YOUR TEAM (PYT)*
Each Team is sold at a specified price and you will receive all cards of that team from the purchased break.
*Some breaks might highlight that the veteran base will not be shipped - if not highlighted in the break description all cards will ship.
CARDS RECEIVED
Cards will be awarded to the team listed on the front or back of the card regardless of the jersey.
MULTI-PLAYER CARDS
In the event a card with multiple players on different teams is pulled, the card will be randomized using dice or random.org to the teams involved.
RETIRED PLAYERS
If a retired player is pulled, it will go to the team listed on the front or the back of the card. If the team no longer exists, it will go to the team that it became. If no team is listed, the card will go to the team the player was with the longest.
COLLEGE PLAYERS
If a player in a college uniform is pulled, it will go to the team the player is currently on. If the player is retired, it follows the same rules listed above.
PANINI POINTS OR REDEMPTIONS
All Panini Points and Redemptions not associated with any team or player will be randomised to the group at the end of the break.
If a scenario occurs that is not listed above, it will be up the discretion of the breaker.
All autos, memorabilia, and high-value cards will be sleeved and toploaded. All other cards will be protected in bulk.
When purchasing a spot in my breaks, you will receive ALL cards associated with your assigned team/spot - unless it is highlighted in the break description.
By Purchasing spots in group breaks you agree to the terms, conditions, and rules of each specific break/listing.
There are no guarantees that you will receive a specific team, player, or card.
When purchasing spots in group breaks you acknowledge and accept that you may not receive any cards from your purchase. If this scenario occurs, the breaker will send you cards or sealed product/packs at their discretion.
Refunds will not be provided once the break takes place unless the package is lost in transit.
International orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
